Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation:
– Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an acknowledgment email with your journey details.
– It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details provided are accurate.
Payment:
– All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
– We do not store or retain any card details except for necessary metadata returned to us for transaction processing.
Amendments:
– Any amendments to bookings must be made via email or telephone and will be confirmed via email.
– Amendments made directly with the driver will not be accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations:
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
– A cancellation fee of £7 or 10% (whichever is higher) per journey will apply.
– Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled journey.
Refunds:
– Refunds will only be issued in specific circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
– No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Passenger Responsibilities:
– Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.
– Passengers must adhere to all safety regulations and instructions provided by the driver.
Liability:
– Zoyp is not liable for any missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic delays or unforeseen events.
– We reserve the right to refuse carriage of passengers or luggage that exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.
Miscellaneous
Changes to Terms:
– Zoyp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
– Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
